Custom Jutsu Section Rules

Rule #1. You may only have 1 Jutsu thread, to add new jutsu simply post them and get a staff to approve.

Rule #2. Logical variations of known jutsu are allowed, however you must have the Canon Parent Jutsu to do this.

Rule #3. Additional jutsu rules can be found here.

Rule #4. This section is for custom jutsu only. Canon techniques do not need registering.

Rule #5. Please don't post more than 3 Jutsus at a time for members of staff to moderate. TLDR...we don't have time for it.
