Taika vs Ashitaka

Ashitaka hesitantly walked through the oak doors into the arena pit. The door was shut and sealed. There's no coming back from this. And there Ashitaka was, standing in circular arena (roughly 30 meters in diameter). He hoped that the fight would be over quickly as he did not enjoy violence.

Ashitaka knew from his days at the academy that he was not the best at one on one fights. Especially ones to the death!!! But he took pride in the fact that he had developed his skills properly since then. Confidently, he looked up to see his opponent. Ashitaka made his stance more broad and brought his hands together to form the tiger sign. He began to build his chakra.

"Come"

Ashitaka's concentration was broken not by the first rock chucked at him, he vaulted 2 meters to the left to dodge that, but by his opponents insistence on a "youthful battle". What in the world is he talking about??

"You fool a shinobi must have a will of stone not be youthful"

Ashitaka was starting to have a harder time dodging the continuing barrage of rocks. He broke his hand sign and slammed his hands on the ground.  

"Earth Release Barrier: Earth Prison Dome of Magnificent Nothingness"

A dome of earth, roughly ten meters in diameter, began to quickly rise from the ground around Ashitaka.
"Lets see your youth break through this!!"
Hopefully it would finish forming before his opponent got inside that way he could continue crafting his genjutsu. If not Ashitaka would then have to progress to his next layer of defense.

Getting hit by this technique was like an impromptu lesson in human anatomy for Ashitaka:

rectus capitis posterior minor gone
longissimus gone
transversus thoracis gone
transversus abdominis gone
left and right trapezius gone
left and right biceps brachii gone
adductor pollicis gone
A lot of other muscles gone

In fact the only reason that Ashitaka was still alive was thanks to his earth spear. When Taika had broken through the dome Ashitaka had quickly prepared his earth spear with the snake hand sign; he sure to protect his essential body parts. What he did know was that he was falling... Ashitaka looked down to see the gutsy ninja flying strait at him. Much more a fuma shuriken was in front of him!!! In a last ditch effort, Ashitaka planned on surprising his opponent. He would first harden the skin under his bandaged left arm. With it he would block the incoming shuriken. If he was successful in surprising the ninja with his block, he would shift the hardening to his right had and deliver a devastating punch.
